**Estamos en busca de un** Data Analyst Jr.** para unirse a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos**:
En este rol, serás responsable de analizar e interpretar datos para apoyar nuestras decisiones estratégicas y mejorar nuestros procesos de negocio.
Tu capacidad para extraer, procesar y visualizar datos de manera efectiva será clave para el éxito del equipo.
**Tus responsabilidades**
- Utilizarás herramientas de análisis de datos para identificar patrones y tendencias que nos permitan optimizar nuestras operaciones y maximizar la rentabilidad.
- Además, trabajarás en la creación de informes detallados y visualizaciones de datos que faciliten la toma de decisiones para nuestros ejecutivos.
**Requisitos**
- Se requiere experiência previa en análisis de datos, creación de reportes de KPIs, presentaciones y asistencia a gerencia.
- Debes tener habilidades de comunicación efectivas para realizar presentaciones de manera clara y convincente.
- Excelente manejo de Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI
- Tu capacidad para trabajar en equipo y tu orientación hacia los detalles serán fundamentales para este puesto.
Jornada laboral de lunes a viernes de 9 a 18hs en Pilar, Buenos Aires.
