We’re looking for a **Senior Python Engineer**with strong experience in **Django**, who also has a solid grasp of **frontend technologies**. This role starts with a backend focus, but will evolve into a more **frontend-heavy** position over time. If you’re ready to grow in both areas and shape future developments, we want to meet you.
**_This is you_**
- Strong hands-on experience with **Django** (main focus).
- Solid knowledge of **HTML**, **CSS**, and **JavaScript**.
- Experience working with frontend frameworks, mainly **React**.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments and collaborative teams.
**Nice-to-have skills**:
- Familiarity with **Java** and/or **Node.js**.
- Experience in projects that require fullstack versatility.
- Interest in scaling frontend architecture and component modularity.

- Develop and maintain robust backend features using **Django**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
- Contribute to frontend development using **React** as projects evolve.
- Ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code across the stack.
- Participate in architectural discussions and advocate for best practices.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and technical debt reduction.
