**FOREIGN TRADE TRAINEE**:

- Buenos Aires, Argentina**YOUR MISSION**:
En PUMA ARGENTINA nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Pasante para el área de Comex, quien tendra las siguientes tareas:

- Asistir al equipo de Comercio Exterior en la gestión operativa y administrativa de las importaciones con el objetivo de facilitar el alcance de los resultados del área.
- Contribuir a un espacio de buenas relaciones interpersonales y profesionales para la sustentabilidad de la operación del equipo interno y extendido
- Recibir y registrar las facturas de proveedores locales en el archivo de cuentas corrientes.
- Realizar el seguimiento y conciliación de cuentas corrientes.
- Controlar contra tarifario los montos de las facturas de gastos.
- Cargar los datos referidos a cada proceso de importación en planillas de seguimiento interno.
- Recepcionar, registrar y archivar la documentación respaldatoria de Comercio Exterior para lograr la disponibilidad de información para informes internos / auditoria e inspecciones de autoridades locales.
- Preparar envíos vía courrier de exportación y registrar internamente guías y facturas de envíos de importación.
- Asistir en tareas administrativas generales del área de comercio exterior.
- Asistir en el armado del reporte de status de deuda de proveedores Intercompany y Terceros.
- Validar que todos los comprobantes que deban ser contabilizados en el periodo estén registrados al cierre.
- Envío del detalle de las órdenes de pago a los proveedores.

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Estudiante de Lic. En Comercio internacional / Exterior, Lic. En Administración de empresas o carreras afines, que le resten 18 meses o mas para finalizar la carrera.
- Ingles intermedio/avanzado.
- Atencion al cliente y relaciones colaborativas.
- Compromiso.
- Comunicación transparente.
