CHEVRON BASSC - Supply Chain Internship

Chevron is one of the world's leading energy companies, with approximately 60,000 employees working in many different countries.

The Chevron Service Center (Buenos Aires Shared Service Center - BASSC), located in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina, with more than 1,300 employees, provides solutions in the areas of Finance, IT, Downstream, Human Resources, Procurement and Audit to the global organization and is launching its Internship Program.

Your initial responsibilities will include (Contracting Team):

- Supplier registration management and Supplier Due Diligence.
- e-Order tracking and supplier acceptance confirmation.
- Analytical support for contract planning.
- Preparation of performance reports.
- Electronic administration of the contract portfolio.
- Assistance to the internal user in the management and contracting process.
- Follow-up and control of Sector procedures.
- Maintenance and organization of documents in SharePoint.
- Catalog maintenance (construction of new catalogs and updating of existing ones).
- Preparation of tenders, validation, and primary analysis of offers.
- Control of contracts to be finalized.
- Follow-up of invoices / payments.

Your initial responsibilities will include (Business Analytics Team):

- Support in the issuance of reports and their analysis.
- Maintenance of digital tools (SharePoint, Power BI Dashboards).
- Supplier analysis.
- Benchmarking.
- Catalog updating.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced business administration, industrial engineering, and law students.
- Handling of Office Package.
- Fluent in written and oral English.

Hours per week: 20 hours.

Internship duration: 12 months, with the possibility of extending for 6 more months.

Location: Puerto Madero, CABA

Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
