**Job Description: Lead DevOps AWS**

We are a dynamic and innovative technology company committed to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer with expertise in AWS to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive the migration process to GitHub, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows.
- Work through the backlog of DevOps/CloudOps tickets, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate build and deployment processes.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar tools, ensuring consistency and scalability across environments.
- Develop and implement security best practices, including access control, encryption, and monitoring, to safeguard our infrastructure and data.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the DevOps team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Act as a technical lead, providing guidance and expertise to cross-functional teams on AWS architecture and best practices.

**Requirements**:
**Excluyentes**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with AWS and related services.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Docker products.
- Great English proficiency (B2+ written and spoken).
- 8+ years of working experience with Cloud/Application Development/Platform engineering.
- Impeccable punctuality; being on time for meetings is crucial.
- Familiarity with Java and Python and related build tools.
- Basic understanding of AWS networking, including VPCs, Subnets, Firewall, TLS, etc.
- Experience setting up build and deployment pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub, CodeBuild/CodeDeploy.
- Knowledge of security best practices.
- Automation-first mindset.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudFront, Elasticsearch, Fargate, Load Balancers, OpenSearch, S3, RDS, R53, etc.
