**About The Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating detailed **bug reports** in our issue tracking database “JIRA”, while communicating status changes to the team.
- ** Following priorities** from the QA Lead and Product Leads, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Working alongside a highly **collaborative** QA team, supporting them with detailed investigations of issues.
- Seeing features **progress** from design to creation.

**Mandatory Qualifications**:

- Heavily **detail-oriented**, with an inquisitive nature.
- Advanced Knowledge in conversations and written **English**.
- Basic knowledge of the **testing process.**

**Nice To Have**:

- Extensive knowledge of **QA pipeline and methodologies.**:

- Basic knowledge of **programming languages and/or SQL.**:

- Passion for gaming, up-to-date on current trends relative to social/mobile gaming.
- Strong desire to make positive changes for a product many players feel strongly about.
