**Job Title**: PPC Marketing Account Manager

**Location**: Remote

**Type**: Full - Time (40 hours per week). Applicant must be willing to work within standard business hours of USA Eastern Standard Time Zone.

**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for a variety of clients.

**Client Support**: Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients with their PPC needs, including campaign setup, management, and adjustments.

**Metrics Analysis**: Analyze campaign performance metrics and present detailed reports to clients, explaining complex data in a clear and understandable manner.

**Strategic Recommendations**: Provide strategic advice to clients on how to maximize their campaign performance, including recommendations for keyword selection, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page optimizations.

**Conflict Resolution**: Handle client concerns and conflicts with professionalism and poise, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

**Sales and Upselling**: Identify opportunities to upsell additional PPC packages and services to clients, demonstrating the value and potential ROI of our offerings.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

**Skills**: Exceptional verbal English communication skills, both written and spoken.

**Technical Knowledge**: Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and a deep understanding of Google Ads metrics and analytics.

**Customer Service**: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and support.

**Interpersonal Abilities**: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

**Strategic Thinking**: Ability to provide strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance.

**Sales Acumen**: Comfortable with selling and upselling PPC packages to clients.

**Flexibility**: Ability to start part-time (20 hours per week) with the potential to transition to a full-time role based on performance.
