Assurant a leader in specialized insurance products and related services, as well as in protecting customers' homes and the products they purchase, adds a People organization Analyts.
The People organization analyst will be the main point of contact for employees for HR matters.
**The responsibilities of the position are**: Receive and answer questions from employees and supervisors. Benefits administration : contact with providers, invoice payments, internal communications, monitor the market to check what other companies are offering and/or what employees are demanding ; Help design, automate and support different programs such as recognition programs, career path, etc;. Payroll & HR operations: Check reimbursements and one-time payments as input for payroll. Ensure new hires/leavers documentation is complete and new hires/leavers registered/eliminated on time in corresponding systems.
We are aimed at advanced students or graduates with one/two years of work experience in the HR area and with bilingual English.
