**Compensation**: $1,900.00-$2,300.00 monthly (US Dollars) DOE

**Contract Phase**:
The initial phase of employment will be as a contractor, providing services remotely. Upon establishment of our Buenos Aires office, the contractor will be offered a full-time position to continue contributions onsite.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage directly with the FRD Leader to grasp the overarching vision and specific requirements for new features, ensuring these details are accurately captured in the FRDs. This involves clarifying doubts, confirming expectations, and translating verbal or conceptual ideas into documented specifications.
- Thoroughly document all solution aspects, including but not limited to feature descriptions, functionalities, user access levels, analytics requirements, and process flows that do not involve feature implementation, as dictated by the visionary team. This requires drafting precise and actionable content that can guide technical development.
- Actively coordinate with architecture, development, and delivery teams to gather critical information that affects the solution's design and functionality. This includes initiating discussions, organizing joint review sessions, and synthesizing input from technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure comprehensive documentation.
- Continuously manage the lifecycle of the FRD by incorporating ongoing feedback from stakeholders. This includes scheduling reviews, updating drafts in real time, and ensuring changes are documented and communicated clearly to avoid discrepancies during the development phases.
- Maintain a systematic and detailed record of all specifications, amendments, and iterations of the FRD. Employ document management systems to keep an organized archive that is accessible to all relevant teams, ensuring historical and current versions are easily distinguishable and retrievable.

- Assist in the development and preparation of materials for critical reviews and high-stakes presentations relating to the FRD. This involves creating visual aids, summarizing document changes, and preparing briefing notes to facilitate clear understanding among all participants.
- Regularly participate in project team meetings to provide updates on FRD progress, discuss critical issues related to documentation practices, and propose solutions to overcome challenges encountered during the documentation process. This includes preparing meeting agendas, documenting outcomes, and tracking action items.
- Regularly use Jira or similar project management tools to track documentation tasks, monitor project progress, and collaborate with team members. Ensure all tasks are accurately logged and updated to reflect current status and changes.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation that is clear, concise, and free of errors. This includes user manuals, system documentation, and other technical materials that support the development team and end-users.
- Actively engage in identifying and resolving documentation issues. Analyze feedback from stakeholders, detect inconsistencies, and develop strategies to address these challenges effectively.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain concentration on complex tasks for extended periods. Ensure that all documentation is meticulously detailed and completed with a high degree of accuracy, even when working under tight deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Proven experience in technical documentation, project management, or a similar role focusing on detailed specification documentation.
- Strong capability in using documentation tools and software to create clear, concise, and detailed documents.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and accurately to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail with a commitment to high accuracy and precision in all work.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and under the supervision of the FRD Leader.
- Knowledge of project lifecycle management, software development processes, and user requirements gathering.
