Role Overview

As our SEO Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in increasing website traffic from search engines, thereby generating quality leads and sales for our clients. We seek someone with a profound understanding of core Search Marketing concepts, an unwavering desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends, and the ability to dynamically integrate SEO with various digital marketing channels.

**What You’ll Do Here**:
**Main Goal**: Increase website traffic from search engines to help generate quality leads/sales for our clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission by driving measurable success through SEO.
- **Account Leadership**: Manage multiple accounts to deliver optimal, cost-effective SEO-driven traffic and leads, spearheading our clients’ digital success.
- **SEO Strategy Development**: Forge the foundation for high-performing websites with thorough keyword research, strategic content direction, and early search engine optimization efforts.
- **Local SEO Enhancement**: Boost local search visibility and performance by effectively optimizing and maintaining Google Business Profiles (GBP) for vital online presence.
- **Diagnostic Analysis and Optimization**: Employ SEO tools and manual analysis to evaluate and enhance site rankings in search engine results pages (SERPs), ensuring successful website launches.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Continuously assess performance through data analysis, using tools like Google Analytics to guide improvements and address potential issues for sustained growth.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Keep the Department Manager informed of progress and challenges, contributing insights for strategy refinement and reporting on the outcomes of implemented SEO actions.
- **Link-Building and Competitive Strategy**: Engage in link-building and competitor analysis to identify and implement tactics for surpassing competitors, bolstering our clients’ market stance.

**Must Haves**:

- **3+ Years of Digital Marketing Agency Experience**: Demonstrable expertise in on-page and off-page optimization, with a deep understanding of Local SEO strategies.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Skill in working with Schema markup, directing content recommendations, and proven success in link-building and conversion optimization.
- Must work **EST** hours
