The Concierge is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch customer service. You are expected to be a Service Ambassador and to increase the level of commitment and partnership between JLL, service partners and our clients to provide quality service delivery while enhancing your individual personal and professional skills. This role is customer-oriented and provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills, and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality-focused work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist as the initial point of contact for all inquiries, issues, troubleshooting, and feedback from Client's employees, related to services within the workplace, with the primary goal of positively impacting the care and comfort of Client's officers and guests.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Strive to continuously improve the performance of the service.
- Achieve and exceed goals, including performance goals, team goals, and customer goals and objectives.
- Foster corporate culture in a tangible way by representing the values, standards, and principles to ensure memorable experiences.
- Work collaboratively within the team in providing expert services across all lines of business (Facility Management, Engineering, Transactions, Projects, etc.)
- Assists with relationships with third-party vendors and service partners to provide maximum service delivery.
- Intuitive service delivery, anticipating needs or concerns that exceed customer expectations.
- Build meaningful lasting relationships with the Client's and guests.
- Partners with ancillary service providers to continually set and reinforce the expectation of service excellence to create customer value (foodservice, mailroom, etc.)
- Assistance and flexibility with client events and catering as needed to ensure flawless delivery.
- Serve as the training center's concierge for internal/external events.
- Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by leveraging business intelligence, adopting, and participating in the development of best practices, new tools, process reengineering, and other ideas that provide efficiencies in service delivery.
- Provide administrative and operational excellence for ancillary services.
- Provide operational excellence through administrative support as well as work order management.
- Perform additional job duties, as requested.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years minimum of relevant previous experience in hospitality, facilities/property management, operations, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and a track record of excellent in-ternal and external customer service
- Ability to work independently: strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Ability to work with diverse teams: lead and/or follow; respectful, cooperative, re-sponsible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
- Excellent organizational and process management skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, and Outlook)
