**Requirements**:
You will succeed in this role if you have:
Deep experience with Android development ( 3+ years )
Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Jetpack
Functional knowledge of Java
Are equally comfortable working with UI and services
Experience with architectural patterns like MVVM, MVI and/or Redux
Get excited about great design
Advocates for testing
Could have a conversation about why the fragmentation of Android is a /(good|bad)/ thing
Work well with others
Provided mentorship to junior engineers
Have team and project leadership experience
Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and provide feedback and direction
Love the journey as much as the destination
Think of Google I/O as Christmas in June

Nice to have:
Experience designing and building SDKs or RESTful APIs
