Right now, we are looking for a **Mobility Analyst** to join our team at Globant

- Experience working in the US business immigration field.
- Experience working in the field of global mobility as a mobility specialist or similar is preferable, but not required.
- Knowledge of the US immigration system including common business visa categories.
- Manage service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Act as a liaison for all Mobility related topics between the employees and external providers.
- English proficiency.
- Analytical experience with compiling reports is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple projects at a time and often having to compile guidance and information from a wide array of stakeholders.
- History of success in a remote work environment.
- Strong employee advocacy experience; Handling sensitive matters with empathy, diplomacy, attention, and care.
