Position Overview----
**Working hours**: Mon - Fri from 10:00 am Italian time, full time
**Responsibilities**
Guest Relations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to the home
- Coordinate with the concierge team on resolutions
**Property Maintenance**
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Schedule routine inspections and address any issues promptly
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
**Minimum Requirements**
- High level of Italian + English written and spoken required.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in property management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills; have the ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Quick decision-making skills
**Compensation**
