Production Line Operator

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities We are looking for a _Production Operator_ to join our team. Based in the City of Buenos Aires, reporting to the supervisor, you will be responsible for operating the equipment belonging to one or more phases of our manufacturing process, thus ensuring the quality of the product, as well as carrying out the activities determined to satisfy the needs. environmental issues relevant to your area, through compliance with pre-established instructions and procedures, in accordance with the established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. Main Responsibilities - Operate equipment relevant to the production processes of extrusion, drawing and others, manipulating measuring devices (calibration, micrometers, etc.), observing and monitoring their operation, thus contributing to obtaining electrical cables. - Verify the process parameters in the respective forms before the start of operations, observing and following the pre-established guidelines, in order to obtain the desired result. - Fill out the Equipment Process Control Worksheets, as well as launch the necessary "inputs" in the integrated information system, in order to provide updated information to those involved and grant subsidies to the immediate Superior for decision-making. - Observe the development of activities inherent to the Production Area, anticipating possible problems and identifying anomalies in the equipment or manufacturing process, in order to notify the immediate Superior so that he can verify and take the appropriate measures to avoid the qualitative decrease or production quantity. - Pay attention to the Occupational Health and Safety instructions received, following the guidelines and using the indicated PPE's (Individual Protection Equipment), thus guaranteeing the safety of oneself and co-workers. - Collaborate in the maintenance process of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems adopted by the Company, taking cognizance of the instructions and pre-established procedures for the Area of Operation, as well as ensuring their compliance. - Comply with the legal and company requirements regarding HSE, the Management System requirements, in accordance with their competence and with the awareness and training received; - Preserve the environment and report HSE-related accidents and unsafe situations to the person directly responsible and/or HSE. Who are we looking for?
