**Propósito de la posición**:
**Sosteniendo la seguridad y calidad como prioridad, lograr una ejecución sin fallas de la planificación del turno. Gestionar de manera adecuada el personal a cargo en el mismo, asegurando disciplina operativa para cumplir con los procedimientos vigentes establecidos.**

**Las principales responsabilidades son**:

- Gestionar el desempeño del personal a cargo a través de mediciones objetivas que permitan el cumplimiento de los targets de la operación
- Lograr máxima adherencia a los procedimientos vigentes
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las Normas de Seguridad, Higiene, Medio Ambiente y Calidad de la operación
- Asegurar la gestión de stock de manera confiable y efectiva en termino de costos y diferencias de inventarios
- Respetar procesos y buenas prácticas de GLOBE.
- Dar continuidad al proceso de mejora continua a través de reuniones operacionales sustentables y participación activa estandarización de procesos operativos
- Lograr máxima adherencia a la estrategia de almacenamiento definida en el layout vigente del CD
- Custodiar los activos fijos del CD (Equipos Móviles y RF) mediante un control interno adecuado y medible

**Los requisitos del puesto son**:

- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en posiciones similares en empresas de consumo masivo o similar
- Profesionales de Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Logística y/o carreras afines.
- Nível avanzado en manejo de Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Se valorará experiência en SAP.
- Habilidades para comunicarse, liderar equipos de trabajo, manejo de conflitctos, proactividad, resolutivo y flexible para adaptarse a un ambiente desafiante y dinámico
- Trabajo en turnos rotativos. De Lunes a Sábados 07:00 a 15:00/15:00 a 23:00 y 23:00 a 07:00 hs
