**What You'll Do**
- Become an expert in our software platform, offering practical recommendations and creating innovative workarounds to meet customer needs.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive attitude and a focus on solutions.
- Proactively follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring every customer feels valued and satisfied.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, streamline processes, and continually improve the customer experience.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions on the fly.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
- High-speed internet and a dedicated workspace to ensure seamless video interactions with customers.
- Availability to work **Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST.**
- A proactive, results-oriented attitude and a passion for going above and beyond to make customers happy.
- Prior experience in software support or a similar customer-facing role is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right person
**Salary Range**
- **$10,000 to $18,000 USD annually** (commensurate with experience and performance).
