**You will have the ability to work remotely from home anywhere in the UK.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the design and delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions
- Administer Microsoft 365 solutions including Sharepoint, Onedrive, Exchange Online, PowerApps etc.
- Resolve alerts and perform remediation activities
- Create policies, procedures and controls
- Manage License assignment with appropriate role assignments to user requests
- Collect and present data for reporting and planning
- Promote the use of Microsoft 365
- Provide training on the adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions and create training plans and material
- Keep up to date with the Microsoft 365 roadmap and related technologies
- Assist in migrating content from sources including Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 environment
- Support the team on various IT projects
**Required**
- Significant experience in designing, deploying, and administering the Microsoft 365 environment
- Experience in supporting and training users on using Microsoft 365
- Experience migrating content from various sources to the Microsoft 365 environment
- Experience in configuration, troubleshooting and support of SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and OneDrive for Business
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- A drive to learn and keep up to date with the Microsoft 365 roadmap and developments
- Good organization and planning skills
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
**Desirable**
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
