**Description**:
Cross Team Support for Azure DevOps implementation and improvements

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- First level Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I) required; second-level certification desirable
- At least 5 years experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team that utilized Scrum principals, practices, and theory
- Minimum of 7 years experience
- Experience in the transformation of an organization of legacy SDLC/waterfall to Agile

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Excellent skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency
- Excellent knowledge of well-documented patterns and techniques for filling intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
- Excellent knowledge of Agile approaches including particularly Scrum, though also Kanban
- Proven experience with Agile techniques
- Previous experience acting as a team lead
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Experience in working with distributed Team members spread across multiple locations and time zones

**Responsibilities**:
**Leading a product team**
- Guides the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
- Guides the team on how to get the most out of self-organization, using self-organization to fill gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Assess Scrum Maturity of the team and organization, coaching to higher levels of maturity
- Responsible for removing impediments to progress and guiding the team to remove impediments
- Facilitates completion of tasks and goals without using coercion, assigning, or dictating tasks
- Leads discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Provides support and education to the Product Owner with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Provides team support by utilizing a servant leadership style and leading by example
- Makes sure the Teams adhere to the defined Agile process and look for an opportunity to improve it
- Facilitates Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint planning, Grooming, Demo, Retrospective, etc.) and track Retrospective items to closure
- Assess delivery risk and raise It to management

**Participating and facilitating the Agile journey of the Episys product development department**
- Assess the Scrum Maturity of the product development department, from team to the department level
- Coach the department to higher levels of Scrum maturity and Scrum practices
- Standardize Scrum practices across teams, though allowing for self-organization
- Lead/organize scrum of scrums
- Work closely with JHA Agile/Scrum leaders
