** Job Description**:
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a E2E Planning Lead to join our dynamic, diverse and fast-growing team in San Lorenzo, PR or Athens, GA.

In this role, you will own the End-to-End (E2E) Planning function for our Global ORC portfolio. Your main responsibilities will include delivering operational targets, supporting portfolio growth, and shaping and implementing the overall E2E planning strategy. You’ll optimize and synchronize critical decisions in collaboration with cross-functional partners to address supply chain imbalances, achieve outstanding customer service, and optimize inventory. As a successful change agent and continuous improvement role model, you will play a crucial role in the ORC Value Stream and collaborate with various business partners.

**Key Role Responsibilities**:
**Planning and Service Projections**
- Own the FG weekly and monthly production plan and service projection, optimizing service levels in alignment with Supply Network Planning requirements.
- Lead weekly operational and STEM meetings and align on adjustments that mitigate risks and ensure accountability for plan attainment.
- Analyze customer service recovery scenarios and improve backorder (BO) and service metrics with clear communication to stakeholders.
- Ensure net requirements accuracy and solve any discrepancies with the Supply Network Planning team prior to plan finalization.
- Provide routine reporting on supply performance and dynamics across market segments.

**ORC Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Process**
- Lead Supply Review Meetings. Ensure supply feedback loop and escalations to next IBP meeting.
- Actively participate in demand-to-supply handover
- Support relevant IBP meetings and prepare ORC topics for discussions.
- Ensure execution of IBP aligned decisions.

**Scenario Management**
- Develop and assess supply scenarios related to demand, highlighting impacts on key business outcomes and prepare proposals based on detailed analytics and insights.
- Enable informed risk management and navigate complexities to align with strategic goals.

**Planning Optimization**
- Support E2E planning process optimization and own the digital automation strategy.
- Develop risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Improve service experience for collaborators through collaboration with E2E Supply Chain and Global Planning teams.
- Drive process simplification and continuous improvement to reduce waste and promote efficiency.

**Value Stream Contribution**
- Act as Value Stream Planning Lead for ORC and support execution of Value Stream Strategy.

**NPI Planning**
- Serve as a core team member for NPI projects and support relevant stage gates.
- Drive launch success on OTIF D and inventory

**Finance and Supply Chain Strategic Processes**
- Lead volume planning and inventory alignment for financial cycles and supply insights for risk assessment.
- Support SCM, LRPP, LRFP updates through deep Supply Chain configuration insights

**Inventory Optimization**
- Optimize inventory across FG, WIP, and RM to support free cash flow.
- Orchestrate inventory improvement initiatives and lead monthly inventory review cycles.

**People Leadership and Collaboration**
- Lead direct and indirect reports within a matrix environment, ensuring operational compliance and achievement of team goals.
- Cultivate a motivated, customer-focused team environment with dedication and high sense of accountability.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and efficiency.
- Champion talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

**Qualifications**

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10+ years working experience in Supply Chain Planning and/or Operations. 5+ years in management roles
- Strong manufacturing environment experience and exceptional customer focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Team-oriented leadership skills with a strong customer service attitude.
