**Job Overview**:
As a Sr. UX/UI Designer at Mindtech, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences and interfaces for our clients' digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure that the final product meets user needs and business goals. Your expertise in both UX and UI design will be critical in driving the success of the projects you work on.
**Key Responsibilities**
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- UI Design: Design visually appealing and cohesive interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
- User Testing: Plan and conduct user testing sessions to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Design Systems: Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and effective.
**Requirements**:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech or digital agency environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Advanced English level
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX and UI design projects.
