Fixed Income Business Intelligence Analyst

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Global Credit and Fixed Income Securities Middle Office is primarily responsible for the trade management and control of both the standard and non-standard elements of the business.

On a typical day, the business leverages various metrics and reports to make critical decisions.

As a member of our Business Intelligence team within the Middle Office, you'll draw on your automation, BI and PM strengths to help automate, enhance and deliver reporting to the business to allow them to make strategic decisions based on accurate and timely information and data.

The main specifications of the role are to establish project requirements from various stakeholders, priorities and deadlines, ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place. In addition to collaborating with your teammates, you'll communicate with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes.

This is a 6-Months Fixed Term Role.

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**:

- PC Literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge and understanding of SQL, Python, VBA, Alteryx, Tableau is required
- “Data Analysis Skills”, nice to have - experience with Intelligent Automation.
- Able to identify and resolve issues with minimum supervision
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Self-starting team player who is creative and reliable
- Extremely detail oriented and controls focused
- Analytical and quantitative aptitude
- Adaptability to learn new tasks & demonstrate willingness to understand the detail of a process
- Strong time management: organization skills and prioritization of tasks, setting own deadlines and working to defined targets
