We are looking for a **Senior Project Manager** to lead project and program initiatives, focusing on plan oversight, risk assessment, and status communication.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and revise project and program plans in collaboration with non-PM staff
- Support PMO functions to guarantee timely and accurate status updates
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests
- Assist in cost monitoring and budget tracking activities
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders
- Ensure projects are current and aligned with strategic goals
- Manage change management workflows to reduce operational disruptions
- Provide project status reports to senior leadership and clients
- Observe project progress and raise alerts when necessary
- Work jointly with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project management with over 3 years in leadership roles
- Knowledge of budget planning and cost control principles
- Understanding of change management techniques
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Capability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in risk management and project reporting
- English proficiency at the B2+ level

**Nice to have**
- Previous experience in supporting PMO activities
- Familiarity with cost monitoring and budget oversight
