Recruitment Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct briefings with Hiring Managers and set expectations for recruitment processes.
- Support and advice Hiring Managers in attracting and retaining the best talent.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build and attract relevant talent pools.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- +2 years of experience as a Recruiter in a relevant industry environment.
- Experience in recruiting for IT roles is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Planning and organizing skills.
