What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including NDAs, and service-level agreements;
- Conduct in-depth legal research to ensure compliance with federal, state, and international laws, particularly in IP and technology law;
- Provide expert legal advice to internal stakeholders on corporate, IP, and regulatory matters;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and executives, to align business needs with legal requirements;
- Develop and refine internal policies to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards;
- Support dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation, or litigation management as necessary;
Must haves
- **3+ years** of professional **legal experience,** focusing on agreement negotiations, technology law, and Intellectual Property;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders;
- Experience working as an in-house lawyer or with US-based outsourcing software development companies;
- Exceptional skills in legal research, drafting, and negotiation;
- Proficiency in legal research tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., LexisNexis, Law Insider, Jira, etc.);
- Ability to thrive in remote or hybrid working environments;
- English level - Fluent.
- Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of US federal and state regulations related to technology firms;
- Expertise in Intellectual Property (IP) law, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents;
- Experience in a multinational or global corporate legal context;
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to legal challenges.
