We’re a global company with customers and prospects that are market leaders all over the world. As a member of our Legal team, you’ll be a fundamental part of our global operations, producing cross-border contracts and providing expertise on the many different legal contexts we interact with.
Your challenges and objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of Avature’s services in order to negotiate contracts.
- Navigate complex negotiations, quickly adapting to our needs and those of our clients.
- Become a source of insight to assess customers’ legal requests in collaboration with other teams.
- Provide legal advice internally to various teams.

Your day-to-day activities
- Draft and negotiate cross-border contracts and amendments.
- Revise and analyze international contracts in a bid process.
- Prepare and execute commercial agreements. Including: contracts with suppliers of goods and services, data processing agreements, independent consulting agreements, partnerships, confidentiality agreements, lease agreements, event promotion agreements, and others.
- Track and report activity in our CRM.

- Proficient in English.
- Law degree and advanced commercial law experience.
- Analytical mindset and detail-oriented.
- Organized and proactive.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Tech oriented.
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
