We are looking for a **Salesforce Project Manager** to join a growing company in the USA.
- Location: Fully remote
- Minimum English: C2 - Fluent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce project management, including requirement gathering, planning, and execution. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to align project goals. Lead meetings, presentations, and project reviews
- Lead cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants, fostering collaboration for smooth execution
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource usage, ensuring efficiency and profitability
- Oversee the delivery of Salesforce solutions that exceed client expectations, providing regular status updates and reports

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in Salesforce implementations
- Proven success in delivering Salesforce projects on time and within budget
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (required)
- PMP or Agile certification (preferred)
- Expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and integrations
- Strong skills in Agile/Scrum and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
