**The Role**:
You will join a fast-growing, innovative company at the forefront of redefining remote work opportunities for LatAm / South Africa professionals. The team is passionate about leveraging AI-driven solutions to connect exceptional talent with global founders, driving success on both sides. As a key player in this mission, you’ll have the autonomy to build impactful recruitment strategies from scratch while thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Talent Acquisition Campaigns**: Design and execute creative recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent in marketing and tech.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify talent needs and refine strategies.
- ** Brand Positioning**: Leverage the company’s innovative culture to craft compelling recruitment narratives that resonate with target audiences.
- ** Experimentation**: Continuously test and optimize recruitment channels, messaging, and platforms for performance.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth hacking, or business development with a focus on talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to design and execute data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Strong agency and self-starter mindset, comfortable building processes from the ground up.
- Demonstrated success in high-paced, high-autonomy environments.
- Excellent analytical skills with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
