E-commerce Web Developer

We’re looking for a technically savvy Web Designer who’s skilled at implementing tracking tools, working across CMS platforms, and supporting high-performance ad campaigns through clean, reliable instrumentation. This role is ideal for someone who loves the behind-the-scenes of digital performance—tagging conversion events, syncing ecommerce catalogs, and ensuring every pixel is working exactly as intended.
This is not a visual design-heavy role—it’s perfect for a technically inclined web pro who knows their way around GTM, Meta Pixels, and ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, and more.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Tracking & Pixel Instrumentation**:

- Install and configure Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools on client websites
- Set up conversion events for lead gen and ecommerce sites (e.g., form fills, checkouts, add-to-cart)
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure clean data flow across platforms

**CMS & Platform Support**:

- Work across WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, and other platforms to insert tracking codes and configure plugins
- Ensure mínimal disruption to site layout or performance while implementing tracking

**Ecommerce Tagging & Catalog Syncing**:

- Assist in setting up and syncing product catalogs to Meta Commerce, Google Merchant Center, and other ad platforms
- Support ecommerce ad readiness by linking catalogs and confirming purchase events are firing properly
- Coordinate with ad teams to verify data accuracy and platform compatibility

**Who You Are**:

- 2+ years of experience with web design, tracking implementation, or digital marketing ops
- Strong working knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Meta Pixel setup
- Comfortable working across multiple CMS platforms and ecommerce tools
- Familiar with conversion tracking, event configuration, and attribution setup
- Bonus: Experience syncing product catalogs and integrating commerce platforms with ad tools
- Meticulous with details and documentation
- Self-directed, communicative, and proactive in troubleshooting
