**Who we are looking for**:
What you'll do:

- Process localized assets such as event invitations, banners, and newsletters, ensuring quality across different languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French).
- Manage translations and adaptations of marketing materials for diverse audiences across the Americas region.
- Load campaign details into marketing systems, coordinating workflows between teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide operational support for high-profile Microsoft events, such as workshops for CEOs, executive meetings, and product solution showcases (e.g., AI and Teams solutions).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all marketing assets meet local requirements and are delivered on time.
- Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.

**What you'll need**:

- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Advanced English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure flawless execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with culturally diverse teams across multiple regions.
- Experience with event-related marketing processes is a plus but not mandatory.
