**About The Role**

The Hansen GRC Analyst reports into the Head of Global IT Security and GRC Lead and will be responsible to design, establish and maintain effective security governance throughout the business, proactively manage third party security for Hansen, and operate the security controls effectiveness testing program. In addition, this role will monitor compliance with industry, customer, and regulatory obligations.

**About You**
- You bring a strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies and frameworks or worked as a former IT auditor.
- You have conducted IT general controls or security controls effectiveness testing and are highly knowledgeable of enterprise risk management and security.
- You come from a background in a similar IT Security and Governance role and may have working experience in utilities (gas and electricity) industries.
- Your are experienced in or have previously created a security risk management program at a previous organization and bring strong English communication skills.
- You are have established a security governance reporting framework or similar report management tools.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will coordinate and manage Continuous assessments of third-party vendor security and help in monitoring Hansen compliance with global customer security requirements.
- You regular review the cloud infrastructure for security and update risk assessments for new threats.
- You develop and maintain a security controls library while monitor operating effectiveness of security controls and technologies.
- You analyze and conduct checks to ensure compliance with global regulations.
- You assist in developing monthly reporting for executives and act as a company liaison on security updates.
- You help ensure that our third-party vendors at Hansen comply with relevant data protection regulations, industry standards, and organizational security policies.
