**About the client**: Our USA-based digital marketing agency client is urgently seeking an experienced Local SEO Manager to join their team. This position is critical as they primarily work with local service businesses aiming for growth through Local SEO strategies. They are committed to expanding their client-servicing team with exceptional individuals who are passionate about their work and embody the right attitude. **About the role**: **What you’ll be doing**: - Develop and execute comprehensive local SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our company's locations. - Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant local search terms and phrases. - Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements for local SEO. - Manage and optimize local business listings on platforms such as Google My Business, Bing Places, and Yelp. - Implement structured data markup (schema.org) to enhance local search visibility. - Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversions. - Provide regular reports and insights on local SEO performance to stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and algorithm changes to adjust strategies accordingly. - Collaborate with other marketing teams to align local SEO efforts with overall marketing initiatives. - Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within local SEO campaigns. **Who are we looking for?** - Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on local SEO. - In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and local search algorithms. - Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics. - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. - Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. **Position**: Local SEO Manager **Remote Status**: Fully Remote **Preferred Location**: Global **Working Hours**: 9 am to 6 pm EST **Holidays**: 20 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.) **Salary**: USD 1800 to USD 2500 per month **Internal Job ID**: 0133
