Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to be part of our Global IT Operations - Network & Distributed Services department at AXA Partners Argentina

**_ About the role: _**

As an Senior Infrastructure Engineer with architect/solution design capabilities required to provide Infra Services for the Americas Region, but working as part of a Global IT operations team covering Server, ID and Network topics.

Services include, complex Server OS (Windows, Linux) VMware, Citrix, Active Directory (on-premises and Azure), DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority management and to support Infrastructure projects and security services across the wider Guild aligned with the other Infrastructure and Cloud guilds.

Reporting to the Distributed Services Manager, the person will be part of the team delivering Infra and Distributed Services for all business units within AXA Partners globally, but focusing on the Americas regions and ensuring support partners provide the right level of service and solutions to meet AXA standards. They will contribute to the design, build and run of these services and supporting colleagues across a matrix organisation. They will need to collaborate with cross functional service and project teams, providing cover for the network team regionally, and be a part of the team to onboard and run infra services for Global IT Operations

It is a global role, at the hub of IT Infrastructure for AXA Partners at a time of transformation for new Agility, DevOps and Cloud solutions with a ‘new way of working’ (Agile office, remote working). AXA Group is also transforming Network and IAM services under multiple mandatory ONE Network & especially in this case ONE ID programs enabling widespread adoption of cloud transformations.

They will work with AXA GO and suppliers for Network & Distributed services as we prepare for global rollout of ONE ID and Network programs. They will interact with a large scope of service managers and engineers in particular Applications, Security, Microsoft O365/Azure and Citrix teams.

Skills And Experience required: _**

Technical design, build and run duties Including, but not limited to:
Active Directory administration, migration, and convergence (Working with AXA GO).

Experience in managing complex AD environments with multiple Forests and Trusts.
- DNS (internal and External) and Domain registration
- Managing VMware infra and VMs
- Citrix services for internal and outsourced teams.
- DHCP, NPS, Radius, Cert Authorities
- Patching and Vulnerability processes
- Monitoring and service performance analysis.
- Infrastructure Security best practices (Permissions, AV/ hardening etc)
- Documentation, Design, build, and service processes.
- Technical Collaboration with AXA GO and cross functionally with AXA Partners teams.
- Messaging

**_Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience _**
- 5+ years working experience in matrixed infrastructure teams.
- Professional certifications within Key Microsoft, Cloud and Security Platforms or equivalent
- L8 degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
