Estamos en búsqueda de un **Technical Product Manager** con ganas de crecer y aportar su potencial en una empresa innovadora, que se dedica a desarrollar, diseñar e implementar soluciones integrales de vídeo y seguridad vinculado por IA. Tienen el objetivo de eficientizar la operatoria de las empresas y maximizar resultados. Hoy la empresa ofrece soluciones a empresas principalmente de USA, México y Argentina

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Ser responsable del ciclo completo de nuevos productos, desde la ideación hasta la ejecución y seguimiento. A su vez, ser responsable de otros productos que ya están desarrollados. Generar, nutrir, gestionar y priorizar el **backlog de trabajo**.- Actuar como el punto de contacto principal entre los accionistas, el área comercial y el equipo técnico, asegurando que las necesidades y expectativas de todas las partes estén alineadas.-
- Crear y definir **métricas de éxito** para evaluar el rendimiento del producto, asegurar que cumpla con los objetivos establecidos y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.-
- Realizar análisis comparativos con productos competidores para identificar **fortalezas y debilidades** en el producto de la compañía, y formular estrategias de mejora continua.-
- Colaborar con los equipos técnicos para proponer ideas, establecer y priorizar nuevas funcionalidades y mejoras del producto, siempre en línea con las necesidades del mercado y las demandas de los usuarios.-
- Desarrollar y mantener una visión clara y actualizada del roadmap del producto, asegurando la alineación con la estrategia general de la empresa.- Mantenerse actualizado en cuanto a las tendencias tecnológicas, las demandas del mercado y las mejores prácticas en productos relacionados con **tecnología de cámaras de seguridad** con IA

¿Qué buscamos?
- Al menos **4-5 años** de experiência en roles similares de Product Management, preferiblemente en empresas tecnológicas o relacionadas con productos digitales.- Experiência previa en el desarrollo y gestión de **productos digitales o tecnológicos**, preferiblemente en el sector de seguridad, cámaras con IA o software relacionado.-
- Conocimientos generales sobre **desarrollo de software**, arquitecturas tecnológicas y gestión de proyectos ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).- Capacidad para diseñar e interpretar métricas clave que permitan evaluar el éxito del producto, y experiência realizando **benchmarking competitivo**
