Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 3+ developers and testers through the full SDLC
Design end-to-end data solutions using modern cloud and ETL technologies
Collaborate with business users or BAs to translate requirements into technical specifications and user stories in JIRA
Conduct team code reviews and mentor junior team members
Work with SCRUM Master to determine team velocity and manage sprint planning
Author technical documentation and architectural designs
Ensure high-quality delivery using agile methodologies
Requirements Must-Have Technical Experience
Airflow
AWS EMR
PySpark
Delta Lake
Dbt and AWS Glue Catalog
JIRA
Preferred Experience
Worked with PyCharm or Visual Studio code to develop PySpark programs
Leading ETL/data lake projects end-to-end
Working in regulated environments, especially with pharmaceutical or healthcare companies
Experience developing FDA-regulated software solutions
Familiarity with clinical trials and CRO (Clinical Research Organization processes
Bonus Points For
Experience working with pharmaceutical companies or in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of compliance standards in FDA-regulated environments
Previous work developing software solutions for clinical trials or CROs
