Language Link, a Northwest‐based translation and interpretation company, seeks a Tools Administrator to join our support services, Professional Services Group Team. The Tools Administrator team works on challenging project issues and interfaces with internal departments as needed as the organization scales to meet the needs of the business. This team provides high level analysis for process flow, documentation and reporting to meet Translation Services Division objectives and utilizes coding/engineering skills to assist Professional Services Design & Development in programming.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance to the Tools Administrator II in administrating of relevant Translation Services Division software and Computer Aided Translation/Machine Translation/Quality Assurance tools and termbases.
- Provide assistance to the Tools Administrator II in high level analysis and documentation for process flow and reporting
- Analyze customer requirements and provide assistance to the Tools Administrator II with developing appropriate solutions.
- Assist the Tools Administrator II with project management of department assigned tasks/projects.
- Assist the Tools Administrator II with production efforts.
- Assist the Tools Administrator II with developing and streamlining procedures.

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Associates degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistical Analytics or related field preferred.
- One (1) year experience in help desk support preferred
- Experience with the following: Microsoft Office Professional suite, ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, Javascript or PHP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills
- The right person will be **extremely organized **with a **detail-oriented** mind.
- **Critical thinking** skills are required as you will need to able to analyze several pieces of information and make rational and timely decisions.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** are needed. You will need the ability to clearly, completely and accurately relay information to clients and internal teams.
- Experience working and collaborating in a team environment
- Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast‐paced environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
