**What You Will Do**
- Plan, design, and run performance tests to evaluate system behavior under high load and identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test plans, acceptance criteria, and test cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects in a structured and timely manner using industry-standard bug tracking systems.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure they are executed regularly and reliably.
- Analyze test results and generate detailed test reports including defect trends, test coverage, and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of the test environment and automation frameworks.
- Promote QA best practices across teams and ensure a high-quality user experience through proactive testing strategies.
- Strong understanding of manual and automated testing methodologies, test lifecycle, test case design, and defect management.
- Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, JMeter, Cucumber, Serendipity, Karate, RestAssured, or similar.
- Familiarity with Screenplay Pattern and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) practices.
- Experience with programming languages like Java, JavaScript, XPath.
- Knowledge of API Testing of REST and SOAP services.
- Familiarity with frameworks & building Tools such as Maven and Gradle.
- Experience with relational database testing
- Familiarity with platforms Windows API, Microsoft UI Automation, Reflection.
- Experience with Data-Driven Testing (DDT), results visualization, and creating comprehensive test coverage documentation.
- Understanding of continuous integration tools and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- A meticulous approach to identifying and reproducing hard-to-find bugs.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium.
- Familiarity with containerized test environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
