**Requirements**:

- **Fluent English Level**: Advanced (Minimum C1 level)
- Previous experience in **Costumer Service and/or Call Center**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work from **Friday to Tue** 12.30 to 21.30 EST
