**About the Opportunity**:

- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring efficient transportation and storage of goods.
- Oversee the execution of field operations, including location layout, and enforcing field site compliance.
- Implement and maintain logistics procedures and inventory control systems to optimize operational efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of services/products.
- Manage logistics-related documentation, such as shipping forms, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Analyze operational performance and implement improvements to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and company regulations pertaining to logistics and field operations.
- Provide timely updates and reports to management on operational status, challenges, and achievements.
- Assist in the development of budgets and monitor operational expenses.
- Handle emergency situations or disruptions in logistics and field operations effectively.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in logistics, field operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, logistics operations, and Field Operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, in English, Spanish, and Portuguese both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to handle unexpected challenges and adapt to changing environments.
