Right now, we are looking for a **Business Controlling Analyst **to join our team
- You will get the chance to:_

- Be part of an agile pod.
- Interact with the leading companies from different industries, such as LinkedIn, BBVA, Electronics Arts and Coca Cola, among others.
- Analyze business indicators for the company, reporting results and trends to management and different areas.
- Create efficiency reports and new information boards.
- Set KPIs for each area and measure results.
- Generate and publish company key information, analyzing different critical indicators and their impact on the business.

- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communicator.
- Upper-Intermediate English skills.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Microstrategy, Powerbi, etc).
- Advanced Office Package skills; specially Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
- Experience in areas such as Management Control, Organization & Methods, Quality, Business Operations, Process Analytics, or similar.
- Being an advanced student or graduate in fields as Accounting or Business Administration, or similar.
