Finance Lead Argentina

The Finance Lead will support the Consumer Healthcare Business in the Southern Cone (Chile and Argentina) by providing business partnering, financial control, and reporting. Lead accountable processes, manage working capital and cash, drive profitability, and ensure accurate and timely execution of financial services in collaboration with Costa Rica's Finance Operations team. Identify risks and opportunities, support various financial projects, and ensure compliance with financial policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Focus on KPIs, including sales, Operating Profit, and Working Capital. Monitor business structure profitability, DSO customer KPIs, collections, credit limits, and AR processes with the O2C Hub.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Commercial Team to drive strategic and operational decisions.
- Ensure business forecast accuracy, support the Monthly Performance Review (MPR), and act as a link between Sales and Marketing. Detect opportunities and evaluate risks.
- Oversee expenses for gross to net, advertising, promotion, OPEX, and costs in collaboration with the Close & Control Hub.
- Provide attention and support for external and internal audits.
- Develop quarterly and monthly financial statements and balance sheets. Manage the Long-Range Plan, Budgets, and Actual input process.
- Work with Planning, Forecast & Close, and Control Hub on 3.1 plans and monthly forecasts. Communicate deviations to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure statutory figures and collaborate with the Global Treasury team for monthly cash flow. Follow up on local statutory and fiscal responsibilities.

- Experience in Financial Statements, Profitability analysis, Budget management, General Accounting, Statistics, KPIs, Team Management.
