**About The Role**:
The Managed Services recruiter is responsible for addressing one-off and ongoing recruitment needs associated with Managed Services engagements. Accountable for delivery on time, in the required quality, with appropriate client treatment and responsiveness, in compliance with RWS´s legal and RH specific standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understands and fulfils applicable HR/BPG standard practices as well as procedures required by the project for which is involved. (e. g. internal processes flows and tools used within them).
- Creates, understands and publishes Job Descriptions and Job Ads.
- Achieves Recruiting team´s goals according to procedures and best practices of the area.
- Executes recruitment tracking and recording activities to hold information updated. (Data Bases, Status Reports).
- Ensures all relevant information is available for everyone involved.
- Provides regular updates to parties involved (internal clients).
- Analyzes client-specific requirements related to recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s degree is welcome.
- Minimum 1 year experience in internally/externally recruitment, or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in headhunting and social networking (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) is welcome.
- Experience in communication with clients/costumers in call centers or similar.
- Fluent in English (Proficient/advanced level - Needs to hold calls in English as standard part of the job).
- Social networks knowledge (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Independent.
- Responsible.
- Eager to learn.
