**Duration**: 2-3 years
**Onsite requirements**: This role is onsite at client Buenos Aires location 3-5 days a week working approximately 9 AM local
- 5 PM local. This is the possibility of working remote 2 days per week.
**Summary**:
As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC), you will drive strategic initiatives and transformational programs across the organization. You will work closely with product owners, engineering teams, and leadership to deliver high-impact solutions that enhance our cybersecurity posture and operational effectiveness.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage large, complex technology programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Define program roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop business cases, prioritize initiatives, and secure necessary resources.
- Oversee execution of program plans, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and remove impediments that block progress.
- Communicate program status, metrics, and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in program and project management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management within technology environments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex programs.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and risk management practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
