A US based online travel group is looking for a passionate and experienced team lead for their backend marketing team.

The product offerings facilitate customers in choosing and reserving a wide array of accommodations from a pool of over 2 million options available in 220 countries.

The Marketing Team is engaged in integrating with meta search engines. Their current projects encompass various services, notably a high-capacity search service (handling around 100,000 requests per minute) that furnishes metasearch engines with pricing and availability data.

**What about your role?** **We're expecting that you are**:

- Great in maintaining and developing high load API;
- Ready to engage in code review processes;
- Good at Establishing and streamlining team processes, sprint planning, and conducting one-on-one meetings;
- Perfect at devising service architectures in alignment with business strategies.

**That's** great if you have**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience with Golang;
- At least 3 years of experience with Python (Django);
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD; gRPC, Redis, Kafka, Docker;
- Proficiency in working with database management systems;
- Experience in team management or mentoring;
- Knowledge of Russian;
- English B2.
