**The Role: eCommerce Marketplace Analyst - Product Catalog and Customer Experience**

We design and manufacture our own line of products that help customers create a well-designed and comfortable workspace in their home office. We ship tens of thousands of products each month to customers around the world and are run by a small and driven team who makes it all come together.

**You Will Be Responsible For**

- Assisting with product listing updates.
- Triaging and escalating customer requests as needed.
- Systematizing customer service processes to make your job easier.
- Helping with product catalog organization and larger channel optimization projects.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to create content for new product launches.
- Assisting with the development of other e-commerce channels by creating listings, updating product images, copy, and attributes.
- Responding to customer service inquiries approximately 1 hour per day.
