Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency dedicated to helping painting business owners increase sales, improve customer retention, and boost profitability through SEO, PPC, Social Media, and other online marketing platforms. They are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Manager to lead their team.

**About the Job**:
We are looking to hire an experienced **Meta **Ads Manager **for our client to drive the strategy and execution of their Meta Ads department. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can take proven playbooks and build on them to deliver exceptional Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for clients.

As the Meta Ads Manager, you’ll guide the team in creating and optimizing high-performing ad campaigns, ensuring client marketing goals are met efficiently and effectively. This role demands a deep understanding of Meta advertising, strong leadership skills, and a results-focused approach to digital ad strategy.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Developing and executing high-impact Meta Ads strategies to maximize ROAS and drive lead generation for painting contractor clients
- Continuously testing and refining Meta Ads approaches based on performance data
- Leading and managing a team of Meta Ads specialists to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution
- Providing mentorship and regular performance feedback to support team growth and quality outcomes
- Monitoring campaign performance with data-driven metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies
- Creating reports that measure and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth
- Building and implementing streamlined processes for Meta Ads workflows, ensuring efficiency and top-quality results
- Collaborating with client services to align Meta Ads strategies with client marketing goals and broader campaigns

**Who We're Looking For**:

- 3+ years in Meta Ads management, and team leadership.
- Proven expertise in ROAS optimization and paid social tools (Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent English communication skills
- **Digital marketing agency experience is required.**:

- **Home services marketing experience is a plus, but not required.**

**Position**: Meta Ads Manager

**Remote Status**: Fully Remote

**Working Hours**: 9 AM - 6 PM MT

**Salary**: USD 1800 - USD 2500
