Esprinet Italy is looking for a **JUNIOR LEGAL SPECIALIST_STAGE** with a strong work ethic and a keen interest in Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

The resource will be responsible for the following activities:

- Provide assistance in drafting and reviewing international commercial contracts with clients and vendors, as well as in analyzing related legal issues.
- Offer support in managing pre-litigation and litigation processes.
- Monitor BPM platforms and ensure their evolution aligns with the Group’s requirements and methodologies.
- Ensure consistent and ongoing alignment among all stakeholders involved in the processes, including company departments and external consultants.
- Study relevant legislation and assist in drafting legal opinions.
- Draft and update procedures and manage file organization.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Master's Degree in Italian Law (LMG-01)
- Good knowledge of procurement regulations;
- Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written B2) will be required to attend meetings, to understand and draft correspondence and documents.
- Knowledge of the Spanish or French language will be considered a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate at different levels;
- Ability to work in an international team;
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to plan work within deadlines;
- Autonomy, proactivity and lateral thinking;
- Demonstrated ability to work towards objectives with persistent determination;
- Ability to listen, to research and manage information, to analyses situations and prepare a synthesis;
- Confidentiality, reliability, respect for rules, ethics.
