**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
Administrative Benefits support for United States, Paraguay and Dominican Republic

**US**:

- Phased Retirement administration (Plan for employees to work reduced schedules for a certain amount of time until they fully retire):

- Update information in Workday for Phased Retirement Program
- Complete the Form, send to BL, HRBP and BLVP for signature
- Remind BL when the agreement is about to end
- Process DC (Defined contribution) contribution changes and beneficiary information. Reconciliation with vendor´s database

**Retirement Plan**:

- Calculate service dates on rehires and provide the information to BSC HRDS to upload it in system
- Reconcile retirement benefit payments and correcting variances with recordkeepers, trustees/financial institutions periodically (Quarterly True Up process).
- Unregister employee from Pension Plan and Benefits vendors when applicable
- Download a report from Workday and provide data to vendor on Non discrimination test

**Referral program**:

- Process one time payments for referring employees.

**Invoicing**:

- Generate POs
- Process Benefits invoices for payment

**Dominican Republic**:
**Invoicing**:

- Process Health plan and Life insurance reconciliation and invoices for payment

**Paraguay**:

- Activate, inactivate and make changes in Life insurance and Health insurance
- Company vehicles administration (only rental cars and fuel)
- Trasportation administration (activation, inactivation, changes)
- Gourmet card administration (activation, inactivation, changes)

Respond to customer service inquiries for all 3 countries related to Benefits through ticketing tool.

**Education**:

- Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management degree preferred.

**Language Requirements**:

- Advance English language proficiency is required.
- Intermediate French language proficiency is a plus.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Teamwork, Flexibility and Adaptability skills
- Oral and written communication skills both in Spanish & English
- Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements, automation and standardization
- Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
- Knowledge of WorkDay & ServiceNow is a plus
