**About the Role**:
Were looking for a **Senior React Native Developer** to join a cutting-edge healthtech project thats redefining how life sciences professionals make decisions with the help of AI.
**What Youll Be Doing**:
- Create intuitive, performant, and accessible user interfaces that interact with complex AI systems
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship features end-to-end
- Contribute to the evolution of our mobile architecture, defining best practices and reusable patterns
- Help integrate mobile features with backend APIs and services (FastAPI, Cloud Run, etc.)
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve app performance and usability
- Mentor team members and actively shape engineering culture through feedback and collaboration
- Stay up to date on new technologies and advocate for continuous technical improvement
**What You Bring**:
- 5+ years of experience in front-end/mobile development
- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, HTML, CSS
- Experience building and maintaining component-based architectures
- Familiarity with design systems and responsive UI principles
- Comfortable working with APIs and asynchronous data flows
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- Fluent in Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience working on AI-powered products or in the healthcare domain
- Previous exposure to VueJs or ReactJs
- Familiarity with mobile app testing frameworks and CI/CD for mobile
- Working knowledge of GCP or similar cloud platforms
- Experience in small, high-impact engineering teams or startup environments
