The Sr. Analyst, Logistics Transportation is responsible for identifying, delivering improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and transportation as well as working closely with cluster and regional Logistics team. Lead major logistics transformation projects and drives ongoing networks distribution modeling efforts to ensure that low operational cost and high service expectations are optimized by using Lean principles.
**Primary Accountabilities**:
- Lead and develop regional logistics engineering team.
- Develop and strengthen lean culture in logistics organization.
- Training and certify people as champion (green belt).
- Coordinate/Leading development of project (short, medium and long term) as wells as improvement initiatives portfolio, through cross functional organization.
- KPI management and continuous improvement.
- Lead and prepare annual logistics cost saving workshop.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field or related.
- English advanced (oral & written).
- Project Management skills.
- Course Green Belt or internal Champion Certification.
- Good communication, influence, analytical and leadership skills.
- Office package (excel, power point)
- Logistics Knowledge.
